Delivery

We aim to process your order within 48 hours of receipt.  Standard delivery takes between 3-5 working days. However, some items may take up to 21 days to be delivered. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock or is not available to be despatched as stated above, we will contact you to let you know an estimated delivery date.   

We will send your order either recorded delivery or courier service, so someone will need to sign for it. If there isn't someone in when the courier arrives, they will leave a card, you will then have three days to either arrange a new delivery time or pick up the order from a local depot.    Our standard delivery charge for all UK mainland addresses is determined by total weight of the order, and will be advised on screen before you checkout.   

Where delivery is offered free of charge, this applies only to our standard UK mainland service for orders over the value of ú400.00.    Where a minimum spend level is required to qualify, that spend excludes the delivery charge itself.

Delivery is within 1-2 working days. Please enquire for details on 01993 775773.    Orders are processed within 48 hours.

The security of your order information and personal details, including your payment card details, is of the utmost importance to us. The payment information that you provide online is encrypted using the latest 128 bit (SSL) Secure Sockets Layer technology, ensuring your details are protected over the internet.   

You can confirm the security of your connection on the checkout page. A closed lock icon will appear at the bottom of your web browser window which confirms a secure connection to our server.   

Whilst our website is securely managed, we understand that some customers will feel uncomfortable entering their personal and payment card  details onto a website. Consequently, we provide alternative ordering and payment methods. Orders and payment can be taken by telephone 01993 775773.
